Zurich, Switzerland, January 10, 2006–Swiss floorings, adhesives and beltings group Forbo Holding AG, has reportedly acquired Victa Technology Holdings, a Chinese adhesives company for an undisclosed sum.
Victa produces and distributes adhesives for the converting, packaging and woodworking industries, and has production facilities in Guangzhou and Shanghai.
Forbo has a belting production plant in Shenyang, China with a sales organization for floor coverings and adhesives in Shanghai.
Through the acquisition of Victa, the number of Forbo employees in China will rise to over 350.
