Midland, MI, October 4, 2005 — Dow Chemical Co. chief financial officer J. Pedro Reinhard resigned effective October 1, the company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.
The company said it has named Geoffery Merszei as Reinhard’s successor. Reinhard remains a member of the board and executive vice president.
