Charlotte, NC, March 4–Effective April 1, 2005, or as contracts allow, BASF will raise prices in the United States and Canada on all carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex products supplied to the adhesives, architectural coatings, carpet, construction and nonwovens industries by $0.05 per dry pound.
This increase pertains to products sold under the Butofan, Styrofan and Styronal brands.
