Director Resigns from Pergo Board

Trelleborg, Sweden, March 16, 2007–Pergo AB said today that Roger Buehler has informed the company’s board of directors of his resignation as a director of the board.

The resignation will become affective immediately.

The resignation, according to the company was the result of Pfleiderer Sweden AB now controlling approximately 99% of Pergo’s shares.
