
Neumarkt, Germany, January 15, 2008 — According to published reports, laminate maker Pfleiderer AG may be talking about a sale.
In addition, the company said in a regulatory filing that its CFO Derrick Noe has left the company and no successor has been named.
According to reports, Pfleiderer held talks in Munich with Allianz Capital Partners and U.S. company One Equity Partners.
Pfleiderer reported in November that third-quarter net income fell 57 percent on charges to integrate Pergo AB, which it bought last year.
