Foamex Names Interim Chief Financial Officer

Media, PA, Oct. 13, 2008– Foamex International has named Domenic N. Golato interim chief financial officer, following the resigation of CFO Robert M. Larney.

Foamex has hired global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles to find a permanent chief financial officer.

Foamex said Larney is pursuing an opportunity in another industry.

Golato, 53, was Chief Financial Officer of WPT, Inc., a privately held company that develops software and hardware for power quality products.
