Neumarkt, Germany, Dec. 14, 2009–Pfleiderer subsidiary Uniboard has had its Canadian fiberboard plant in Mont-Laurier, Québec, certified in accordance with the rules of the Forest Stewardship Council.
The Canadian Uniboard plants in Val-d’Or and Sayabec and the US facility in Fostoria (Ohio) and the particleboard plant in Moncure (North Carolina) have also received FSC certification.
