Homebuilder Pulte Says Sign-ups Ahead of 2010

Bloomfield Hills, MI, March 8, 2011 — Builder Pulte said sign-ups for the first two months of the year are ahead of last year.

Preliminary net signups for the two months totaled 2,674 homes compared with 2,415 a year ago.

“For the first two months of 2011, we have seen good traffic and signup rates in our communities,” said CEO Richard J. Dugas, Jr.

“We are pleased with overall demand which is running slightly ahead of our internal business plan.”
