Chicago, IL, Aug. 11, 2011 — Resilient flooring firm Gerflor said it is introducing what it calls “fiber technology” to the market.
Gerflor said the textile backing is made with more than 95% recycled fibers and absorbs
subfloor imperfections, allowing for faster installation.
“With this new textile backing technology, we are able to offer a sheet vinyl flooring that actually hides irregularities of the subfloor,” says Michael Kmetz, Gerflor USA residential sales manager.
