Neumarkt, Germany, Oct. 13, 2011 — Pfleiderer, parent company of laminate maker Pergo, has confirmed that it plans to sell its North American operations as the firm continues its restructuring.
Included in the sale will be Pfleiderer’s flooring and panel operations in North America, as well as it Flooring Europe operations.
