Washington, DC, Dec. 6, 2011 — Home prices declined 1.3% in October, the third consecutive monthly drop, according to data firm CoreLogic.
Prices are down 3.9% over the last year. Excluding distressed sales such as short sales and real estate-owned transactions, year-over-year prices fell 0.5%.
