San Jose, CA, Jan 5. 2012 — Resilient flooring firm Burke Flooring said it will raise prices 2-5% across all products effective with shipments on Feb. 13.
“Our industry experienced continuing increases in raw material costs throughout 2011. While we were able to offset a portion of these costs with our own efforts to improve productivity, we have reached a point where a price increase is both necessary and inevitable so that we can continue to provide high quality flooring products to our customers,” said Burke President Bob Pitman.
