Moody’s Raises Rating on Mohawk

New York, NY, March 12, 2012 — Moody’s Investors Service raised its ratings outlook for Mohawk to positive from stable.

Moody’s said it expects Mohawk’s operating performance to continue to improve as price increases pass through and sales volume expands.
