Sherwin-Williams To Supply Apartment Manager

Cleveland, OH, March 22, 2012 — Sherwin-Williams Co. said it has entered into a multiyear paint and flooring supply partnership with Riverstone Residential Group, a major third-party manager of apartment properties.

Under the agreement, Riverstone’s properties will consolidate orders for paints and flooring from Sherwin-Williams. The agreement lists Sherwin-Williams as one of Riverstone’s preferred marketing partners for flooring between 2012 and 2014.

Riverstone manages more than 170,000 units at more than 700 apartment properties.
