Pomona, CA, Nov. 1, 2012 — Traxx Corporation said it has acquired the Crain seam tape business.
All of the manufacturing assets have been relocated to the Traxx manufacturing facility in Pomona.
Traxx is a diversified manufacturer and supplier of professional flooring installation products.
The Crain acquisition is the third strategic acquisition made by Traxx, the company said.
