Clinton, TN, July 1, 2013 -– Techmer PM, a producer of value-added colors and additives for the plastics and fiber industries, has acquired TP Composites.
TP Composites, a privately held custom formulator and engineered plastics manufacturer that was founded in 1994 and is based in Aston, Pa., will be wholly owned by Techmer PM and operate under the Techmer Engineered Solutions
business unit.
