
Cleveland, OH, July 19, 2013 — Sherwin-Williams reported second quarter profit of $257.3 million, or $2.46 per share, up 13% from $227.8 million, or $2.17 per share, in the year-ago period.
The results were below Wall Street expectations.
Revenue rose 5% to $2.71 billion, including $1.61 billion in sales at its paint stores, an increase of 8% over last year.
