Washington, DC, Aug. 28, 2013 — Pending home sales fell 1.3% in July, a second month of declines, according to the National Association of Realtors.
Rising mortgage rates were blamed for the decrease.
Nevertheless, pending sales were still up 6.7% from a year ago.
