The company targets architectural and interior design professionals and homeowners through a manufacturer-direct business model.

The company is led by its namesakes Jack Shannon and Todd Waterman. Shannon is at the helm of a multi-generational sawmill company based in Horn Lake, Mississippi that owns and manages old growth forests.
