Atllanta Home Sales, Prices Dip in July

Atlanta, GA, Aug. 18, 2014 — Home sales and prices in the Atlanta Metro area fell slightly from June, the Atlanta Board of Realtors saiid Monday.

Sales fell 2.5% to 4,530 homes from 4,644 in June. Median sales price edged down from $230,000 to $227,000.

There is about a 4.5 month of supply of homes on the market.
