Sherwin-Williams Reports Record Sales

Cleveland, OH, Oct. 28, 2014 — The Sherwin-Williams Company reported third quarter net income of $326.2 million, up from $262.9 million a year ago.

Sales rose 10.6%, to a record $3.15 billion in the quarter, due mostly to higher paint sales and acquisitions.

Sales from stores open for more than a year increased 9.6% in the quarter.
