Orders for Manufactured Goods Post Largest Gain Since July 2014

Washington, DC, May 5, 2015—New orders for U.S. factory goods rose 2.1% in March, the biggest increase in eight months, boosted by demand for transportation equipment.

The increase comes after a revised 0.1% dip in February.
