Existing Home Sales Fell 3.3% in April

Washington, DC, May 22, 2015—U.S. sales of existing homes fell 3.3% in April to an annual rate of 5.04 million units, according to the National Association of Realtors.

The news comes despite the fact that properties are selling at a faster rate than the market has seen since July 2013.

All major regions, except the Midwest, experienced sales declines in April.
