Washington, DC, May 13, 2010–Freddie Mac said Thursday that mortgage interest rates fell for the fifth straight week with the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage rate falling to a year-low of 4.93%.
In the previous period, the average was 5%, and the year-ago average was 4.86%.
