ALJ, Carpets N’ More Holding Co., Reports 6.1% Sales Loss in Q3

New York, NY, August 13, 2019-ALJ–a holding company, whose assets include Floors-N-More/Carpets N’ More–reported a 6.1% net revenue decrease for Q3 2019. “The decrease was primarily driven by lower sales volumes in cabinets, flooring, and countertops at Carpets.”

ALJ recognized a net loss of $7.2 million for Q3 2019, compared to net loss of $2.9 million for Q3 2018. The company notes that the Q3 loss was somewhat offset by a number of measures, including “process improvements and cost reductions at Carpets.”
