Armstrong Flooring Workers Ratify Contract

Lancaster, PA, Oct. 10, 2011 — Workers at Armstrong’s flooring plant here have ratified a new three year contract.

A union spokesman said the union leadership isn’t happy with the contract, but that they have agreed to it.
