Armstrong Workers To Vote on Contract Sunday

Lancaster, PA, Oct. 6, 2011 — The United Steelworkers will vote Sunday on a tentative contact covering workers at Armstrong World Industries’ Lancaster flooring factory, according to the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal.

Steelworkers members at a Macon, Georgia, ceiling plant also will vote this week on a contract proposal. Contracts for both plants expired Monday.
