New York, NY, April 20, 2009–Berkshire Hathaway, parent company of Shaw Industries, was number 13 on the new Fortune 500 list with 2008 sales of $107.7 billion.
Others on the list include Illinois Tool Works, parent company of Wilsonart, at number 148 with revenues of $17.2 billion.
Mohawk Industries checked in at number 367, with $6.8 billion in revenues.
Exxon Mobil supplanted Wal-Mart stores in the top spot with $443 billion in sales.
