Berry, Alloc To Move to New Holding Company

Racine, WI, Oct. 19, 2009–The Belgian company Beaulieu International Group  is set to move the laminate flooring and parquet operations pooled in its wood division to a new holding firm.

This holding will include its production businesses in Belgium (Berry Floor N.V.), France (Berry Wood) and Norway (Alloc) as well as its distribution network. Responsibility for operations remains in the hands of the current management led by Jacques Verspeek, who became managing director of BIG’s wood division in January 2006.
