West Chester, PA, April 1, 2011 — Brandywine International Hardwood said it has restructured and has promoted John Himes to CEO.
Himes, the former president, replaces Bill Jopling, who has left the company to start a new business.
Brandywine’s primary brand is Wood Flooring International.
In conjunction with this reorganization, the corporate headquarters have been moved to West Chester.
Brandywine International also makes private label products.
