Consumer Sentiment Dips in Early March


Ann Arbor, MI, March 12, 2010–Consumer sentiment declined in early March, according the Reuters/University of Michigan index.

Amid a weak employment market, the consumer sentiment index fell to 72.5 in March from 73.6 in February.

Economists had been expecting the sentiment index to hit 74 in March.
