Neumarkt, Germany, March 13, 2012 – Hans Theodor Pfleiderer, a member of the Supervisory Board of Pfleiderer AG, has stepped down from his position as of April 8, the company said.
A successor is soon to be appointed by the court. Pfleiderer has been a member of the
company’s Supervisory Board since June 2010.
