Danish Laminate Firm Junckers Industrier Posts Pre

Vaerftsvej, Denmark, Mar. 19–The troubled Danish laminate flooring company F Junckers Industrier A/S issued its 2003 report on Thursday (18 March), posting a pre-tax loss of DKK518m.

F Junckers Industrier’s own capital is negative at DKK24m and the company is having difficulties getting its debtors to agree to a reconstruction plan.

Earlier in March the investment company Axcel A/S presented a rescue plan under which it would acquire the company in exchange for financing it with DKK100m.
F Junckers Industrier’s board has recommended shareholders to accept the rescue plan.
