Dalton, GA, July 3, 2008–Mohawk filed an SEC 8-K announcing that Frans De Cock will retire as president of Unilin on Dec. 31.
Bernard Thiers, currently president of Unilin Flooring, will succeed De Cock as president of Unilin at such time. De Cock will continue to serve as a member of Mohawk’s board of directors following his retirement.
