Roseland, NJ, April 1, 2015—The private sector added 189,000 U.S. nonfarm private sector jobs in March.
Small businesses added 108,000 positions; medium businesses added 62,000 jobs; and large businesses upped their ranks by 19,000.
The service-providing sector outpaced the goods-producing sector significantly, adding 184,000 and 5,000 positions respectively.
