H.B. Fuller 4Q Earnings Up

St. Paul, MN, January 17, 2007–H.B. Fuller Co. reported fourth-quarter earnings that rose 10.8 percent from a year ago as selling prices increased and volumes declined.

The company reported net income of $24.7 million, or 41 cents per share, compared with $22.3 million, or 38 cents per share in last year’s fourth quarter.

Net revenue was $395.6 million, up 0.3 percent from the year-ago period.
