Washington, DC, Nov. 27, 2012 — Home prices rose in September for the sixth month, according to the S&P/Case-Shiller home-price index.
The S&P/Case-Shiller 20-city composite posted a 0.3% increase in September following a 0.8% gain in August.
Pricess are 3% higher than a year ago.
