House Prices Flat in January

Washington, DC, March 22, 2012 —  U.S. house prices on a seasonally adjusted basis were flat in January compared to December, the Federal Housing Finance Agency reported Thursday.

However, December’s gain was revised to just 0.1% growth from a previously reported 0.7% gain

Compared to January of 2011, prices fell 0.8%.
