Washington, DC, Oct. 26, 2010 — U.S. house prices rose 0.4% on a seasonally adjusted basis from July to August, the Federal Housing Finance Agency said Tuesday.
The previously reported 0.5% decline in July was revised to a drop of 0.7%.
For the 12 months ending in August, home prices fell 2.4%, FHFA said.
