IIDA Holds COOL Gala to Celebrate Winners of Interior Design Competitions

Chicago, IL, June 13, 2016—The IIDA annual NeoCon black-tie gala celebration honors the winners of the Annual Interior Design Competition and the Annual Will Ching Design Competition.

This year, the event took place June 12 at The Ritz-Carlton in Chicago.

The Best of Competition went to Perkins + Will for Newell Rubbermaid Design Center in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Other winners were CCD/Cheng Chung Design in Hong Kong for Chongqing Westin Hotel; Gensler New York for Capital One Pavilion in New York City; Studio Munge in Toronto for LAGO by Julian Serrano at Bellagio Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada; Bart Shaw Architect in Fort Worth, Texas for Pax & Parker in Fort Worth, Texas; Triad in Shanghai, China for Hanergy Renewable Energy Exhibition Center in Beijing, China; and YOD studio of commercial design in Kiev, Ukraine for East Restaurant in Kiev, Ukraine.
