Atlanta, GA, Feb. 8, 2010–The improving housing market has prompted Morgan Stanley to upgrade Home Depot from Equal-Weight to Overweight.
“We believe that the turn in housing is real,” said analyst Gregory Melich said, adding that increases in year-over-year rates of existing home sales are a good indication that traffic should continue to boost same-store sales into 2010.
