Tehran, Iran, January 20, 2008–The World Trade Organization said that in 2006 Iran had 33 percent of the world’s rug export market to lead the world.
Iran exports totaled $436 million.
India, Pakistan and China respectively are the main producers of rugs in the world after Iran.
.Approximately half of Iran’s exports are to the U.S.
