Wichita, KS, December 22, 2005–Koch Industries Inc. on Thursday said Joseph Moeller will be president and chief executive of Georgia-Pacific Corp. after Koch’s acquisition of the timber products company closes.
Moeller was previously president and COO of Koch Industries.
The $21 billion deal is expected to close Friday.
