Laurel, MD, June 19, 2009–Floormax/Carpet N Things, a five store Maryland flooring company, acquired property in Laurel, where it plans to move its headquarters.
Jackson-Shaw Co. sold the 35,746-square-foot industrial facility for $4.29 million, or about $120 per square foot.
The building is on 2.3 acres.
