Calhoun, GA, April 13, 2010–Mohawk Industries said it has closed its tender offer to purchase up to $200,000,000 of its outstanding 6.50% senior notes due 2011.
The offer expired on Friday, April 9.
Mohawk said investors wanted to sell $301,012,000.
According to the offer, Mohawk said it wouldn’t purchase more than $200,000,000.
