Mortgage Rates Lowest Since Last October

Washington, DC, July 7, 2014 — Mortgage rates hit 4.12% for a 30-year fixed rate last week, according to Freddie Mac.

The last time the 30-year rate was lower was last October when it stood at 4.10%.
