Mortgage Rates Near 52-Week High

Washington, DC, Sept. 6, 2013 — Average rates on long-term fixed mortgages neared their highs for the year this week, according to the Freddie Mac Mortgage Market Survey.

The 30-year rate hit 4.57%, just below the 52-week high of 4.58%. The 52-week low was 3.31%.
