Mullican Adds to Customer Service Team

Johnson City, TN, May 18–Karen Williams has joined Mullican Flooring’s customer service department at the company’s headquarters in Johnson City, TN.

Williams brings more than a decade of customer service experience to Mullican, including her most recent position in customer service and accounts payable for Nor-Well Company, Inc.

“Karen’s experience and positive attitude will mesh well with our customer service department,” says Brian Greenwell, Mullican’s vice president of sales and marketing. “She will play a vital role in helping us build valued relationships with our customers.”
