Mullican Flooring Receives City and County Funds for Expansion

Johnson City, TN, July 26, 2016—Johnson City and Washington County, Tennessee commissioners have now each approved a plan to give Mullican Flooring $600,000 toward a $1.2 million project that would enable Mullican Flooring to keep their operations in Johnson City and lease a new warehouse, reports WJHL.com.

The deal will allow the company to operate free from rent and property taxes for the first three years, then begin paying a gradual rent.
