New IVC Facility To Make Flooring by January 2011

Dalton, GA, Sept. 17, 2009–The new 520,000-square-foot plant and U.S. headquarters that Belgian flooring company IVC Group is building in Dalton will be more than twice the size of the company’s current facility there.

IVC US Inc. announced Sept. 14 that it would invest $70 million to build a new vinyl flooring products manufacturing center in Dalton.

The plant’s first products are expected to roll out by January 2011, said Xavier Steyaert, CEO of IVC US.
